Frequently asked questions

Two programs, two sets of questions. Automation first, then the lead partnership.

Automation

Automation FAQs

What does an automation engagement cost?

Two parts: a one-time setup fee for the build, then a flat monthly. The monthly covers hosting, your business texting number, carrier registration, monitoring and fixes, and a monthly summary of what the automation did, so there is nothing further to add up afterwards. Every quote states a monthly message allowance, and anything past it is billed at what it costs us. The figures depend on how many workflows there are and what they connect to. The automation review comes back with a fixed quote before anything is built.

How long does it take to set up?

The build is usually a few days. Going live can take longer, and the reason is worth knowing up front. Any workflow that sends text messages needs your business registered for A2P 10DLC, the carrier approval process for business texting in the US. That currently runs one to two weeks and is out of everyone's hands. If your business number is a landline, it also has to be text-enabled first, which is a separate application. Workflows that do not involve texting, such as lead routing and email follow-up, go live as soon as they are built.

Do I need to be technical, or buy new software?

No. Everything runs on our side and connects to what you already use: your existing phone number, email and Google profile. There is no software to buy, no new app for your crew to learn, and no dashboard you have to remember to check. Two small exceptions worth naming: the chat workflow adds one line of code to your website, and review requests need a signal that a job is finished, which can be a text to a number if you do not run a job system. If a workflow needs your attention, it texts or emails you.

What if I already use Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

Then start by telling us what it does not do. Those systems already cover some of this, and there is no sense paying us to rebuild something you are already paying for. What they tend not to do is connect to everything else you use, or handle the parts that are specific to how your business actually runs. That gap is where we are useful. If it turns out your existing system covers what you need, we will tell you that rather than sell you something.

Who owns the texting number?

You do. The number and its carrier registration are held in your business name, not ours, and the monthly fee covers the cost of both. If you stop working with us, they stay with you, including the number your customers have been texting. Nothing is held back to keep you from leaving.

What happens if something breaks?

We monitor the workflows we build and fix them when something upstream changes, such as a phone provider altering an API or a Google login expiring. That is what the ongoing portion of the fee covers. If you would rather we hand everything over and walk away, that is an option too, and we will say so plainly rather than locking you in.

Can I do both automation and the lead partnership program?

Yes, and that is the usual order: automation first, leads second. There is no sense paying for more homeowner inquiries while calls are still going unanswered. Once the intake side is solid, the lead partnership adds volume on top of a business that can actually handle it. The two are billed separately and neither requires the other.

Lead partnership

Lead Partnership FAQs

Everything about how leads reach you, what they cost, and what we need from your business.

How the Lead System Works

We build and manage individual service websites for each city in the Southern Inland Empire region. When homeowners search for help, such as for roofing, plumbing, or HVAC, they land on the site dedicated to their city. They submit a request through our contact form, and we review it and forward their details to the vetted providers who serve that service category and location.

How are inquiries sent to my business?

Leads are forwarded directly to the email or phone number you provide during enrollment. When a homeowner submits a request on one of our city-specific service sites, we review the inquiry and route it to matching providers in that service category. You'll receive the customer's contact information so you can follow up right away.

Are the leads exclusive to one partner?

It depends on lead volume. Before a service category is opened to a second partner, lead volume and lead quality for that category are evaluated. Leads are shared only where volume is consistent enough to support more than one business. Where there are not enough leads to divide between two or more partners, the category remains exclusive to a single partner. The intent is that every enrolled partner receives enough valid leads to generate real business.

What counts as a valid lead?

A valid lead is a homeowner inquiry submitted through one of our city pages requesting help with a service category you cover.

How do you make sure leads are shared fairly when there are multiple providers in the same category?

We use a balanced distribution system that rotates leads, and matches customers based on location and service needs. Where a category is shared, leads go only to vetted professionals who meet our quality standards. This approach prevents one provider from receiving all the requests and ensures customers are connected with the best available match.

Are leads screened before being sent?

Leads are forwarded as they are received. We do not conduct manual verification.

Which services and categories do you support right now?

We currently cover eight categories: roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping and hardscaping, pool and spa, painting, and garage doors. Additional service categories may be added as the network grows.

Which cities and neighborhoods are included?

We serve Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee, each with its own site. Wildomar, Winchester and French Valley are covered through the Murrieta site. Additional communities may be added as the sites expand.

What is the monthly cost?

The standard rate is $300 per month for one service category, across every city we cover. This offer is designed to be simple, predictable, and high-value because:

  • It's a flat monthly fee, not per-lead, so you know your cost in advance.
  • Leads come from purpose-built, city-specific websites rather than paid ads.
  • Each category is limited to a small, vetted group of providers, ensuring your leads aren't sent to dozens of competitors.
  • Businesses working in more than one trade can enroll in multiple categories at a reduced rate. See our Pricing page.
Do I pay more to cover more cities?

No. One rate covers your trade across every city in the network, and it includes new cities as they launch. We know contractors here travel across the valley, so charging per city would mean charging you again for an area you already work.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contract is required. Billing is month-to-month.

Do you guarantee rankings or lead volume?

No. We manage the sites to perform well, but search results are influenced by many external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings or lead counts.

What information do you need from my business?

We typically collect your business name, service category, coverage area, contact preferences, and any licensing or insurance details required by your trade.

Do I need to install anything or manage my own listing?

No. All site management is handled on our side.
