The lead partnership brings homeowner inquiries in on top of whatever you already have running. Flat monthly pricing, a small vetted group per category, billed month-to-month.
A note on order. We usually suggest automation first. Paying for more homeowner inquiries while calls still go unanswered means missing more of them. Once intake is solid, this adds volume to a business that can actually absorb it.
The two services are billed separately and neither requires the other. If your intake is already tight, start here.
How the lead system works
We build and manage individual service websites for each city in the Southern Inland Empire region. When homeowners search for help, such as for roofing, plumbing, or HVAC, they land on the site dedicated to their city. They submit a request through our contact form, and we review it and forward their details to the vetted providers who serve that service category and location.
Leads arrive at the email or phone number you provided at enrollment, with the customer's contact information so you can follow up right away.

Flat monthly, never per lead
Nothing is charged while you find out whether it works. We are taking two providers at no cost to get lead distribution running. Ninety days free, with no limit on how many leads you receive, no card and no contract. The ninety days starts when we send you your first lead, not when you sign. At the end we have a conversation, and billing only starts if you decide it was worth it.

We serve Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee, each with its own dedicated service website rather than one regional catch-all. Wildomar, Winchester and French Valley are covered through the Murrieta site.

What happens next
We'll confirm what's open in your category. There is no long-term contract. Billing is month-to-month at a flat $300 per month for one service category, across every city we cover.
