Agreement

By accessing inlandservicepros.com or enrolling as a partner provider, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

The service

Inland Service Pros builds and manages city-specific home-service websites, collects homeowner inquiries through those sites, and distributes them to a limited group of vetted partner providers by service category and city.

Lead distribution

• Exclusivity is not guaranteed either way. Whether a service category in a given city is served by one partner or by several is determined by us, based on lead volume and lead quality for that category and location. Enrollment does not confer an exclusive right to leads in a category or city, and does not guarantee that a category will remain shared or remain exclusive.
• Where a category is served by more than one partner, we use a balanced distribution system that rotates leads and matches customers based on location and service needs. Inquiries are shared within that small group of vetted partners.
• Leads are forwarded as they are received. We do not conduct manual verification.
• A valid lead is a homeowner inquiry submitted through one of our city pages requesting help with a service category you cover.

No guarantee of results

We manage the sites to perform well, but search results are influenced by many external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings or lead counts, lead quality, conversion rates, or revenue.

Fees and billing

The standard rate is $300 per month for one service category, across every city we cover. Fees are a flat monthly charge, not per-lead. No long-term contract is required; billing is month-to-month. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period in which service was provided. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Partner obligations

You agree to: hold and maintain all licensing, bonding and insurance required by your trade and jurisdiction; provide accurate enrollment and contact information; respond to leads professionally and in a timely manner; and comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing and consumer protection rules, when contacting homeowners whose details we forward to you.

Cancellation

Either party may end the arrangement at the close of a monthly billing period. We may suspend or terminate participation immediately for non-payment, misrepresentation, lapsed licensing or insurance, or conduct that harms homeowners or the network's reputation.

Intellectual property

All site content, design, and the city website network remain our property. Partner business names and marks remain the property of the partner, used only to represent your business within the network.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland Service Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from use of the site or participation in the network. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not act as a party to any agreement between a partner provider and a homeowner, and we are not responsible for work performed by partner providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
