Inland Service Pros (“we”, “us”) operates inlandservicepros.com and a network of city-specific home-service websites serving Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee, California. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
From service businesses. When you submit the partner interest form we collect your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, trade or service category, the cities you serve, and any notes you choose to include, including licensing or insurance details required by your trade.
From homeowners. Our city-specific websites collect the contact details and service request information homeowners voluntarily submit through those sites.
Automatically. Standard web server and analytics information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed.
How we use information
- To evaluate and respond to partner interest submissions.
- To route homeowner inquiries to the vetted providers serving that service category and location.
- To administer billing and communicate about your enrollment.
- To maintain, secure and improve our websites.
How we share information
Homeowner inquiry details are shared with the vetted partner provider or providers enrolled in the relevant service category and city. That sharing is the service we provide. Depending on lead volume in a category, it may be a single provider or a small group.
We also use service providers such as hosting, email delivery and form processing vendors who handle data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
We retain partner and inquiry records for as long as needed to operate the network and meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion.
