The lead partnership is a flat monthly fee for homeowner requests. Automation is a separate build with its own monthly. Neither requires the other, and they are billed apart.
Lead partnership
A flat monthly fee for one trade across every city in the network. Not per lead, and it does not rise as cities are added.
Availability varies by category and city. Reserved markets are confirmed when you enroll. New partners start with ninety days free, counted from the first request we send you, with no limit on how many you receive and no card held.
Automation
A separate service, priced separately. It is not a tier of the lead partnership and neither one requires the other.
The build
There is no list price, because what it costs depends on how many workflows you actually need and what they have to connect to. The review is a short conversation about where work is getting lost. It comes back with a fixed quote and no obligation, and if there is nothing here worth paying for yet we will say so.
Then monthly
Covers hosting, your business texting number, its carrier registration, monitoring and fixes when something upstream changes, and a monthly summary of what actually ran. Every quote states a monthly message allowance; anything past it is billed at what it costs us. Month to month, no long-term contract.
The first two builds are free. Ninety days, no cap on how many calls are answered, then $200 a month if it has earned its keep. Two, and then not again.

No. One rate covers your trade across every city in the network, and it includes new cities as they launch. We know contractors here travel across the valley, so charging per city would mean charging you again for an area you already work.
No long-term contract is required. Billing is month-to-month.
No. We manage the sites to perform well, but search results are influenced by many external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings or lead counts.
It depends on lead volume. Before a service category is opened to a second partner, lead volume and lead quality for that category are evaluated. Leads are shared only where volume is consistent enough to support more than one business. Where there are not enough leads to divide between two or more partners, the category remains exclusive to a single partner. The intent is that every enrolled partner receives enough valid leads to generate real business.
